What is going on? I was just watching TV when it froze and then went blank....then my modem had a fritz. Turned everything off...had to sign back into my modem and getting this message when I went log in to my TV channel...what's happening?
@Mishellite can't say for sure, but it may be something like your modem generates a sign-in screen. When you try to visit the ABC site, the modem sends the login screen, which your browser is not expecting to see, so it gives you a warning message like this.

@Mishellite You might just check that your clock has not gone bonkers during the reset.

Certificates have validity periods, if your clock is very wrong, then the validity period might appear to your browser to be too far in the past or in the future.

That advanced button leads to a certificate inspection thingy. The one the ABC just issued to me (I forced it) is valid from Fri, 24 Jun 2022
to Sun, 25 Jun 2023

@Mishellite Every time you visit a Secure Website there's a Digital Certificate. This occurs if the certificate wasn't decrypted correctly (for example, it didn't get the entire certificate in the time frame) or more unlikely if there's a mismatch (some routers show "Internet Down" pages which create a mismatch). Refreshing usually solves this.
@dropbear apparently the net went down...still is 18hrs later
@Mishellite Ah, Adelaide? Yep, that's affecting a good chunk of the city, my sister won't get power back until Tuesday 🙃
@dropbear not the power in Adelaide...I don't live there and that went out Saturday...the internet Sunday night...😆
