He seems to think it is only for his affair. It is not. He still defends his actions during COVID.
- Not addressing inadequacy of PPE in Jan 2020 but instead saying NHS could cope. Even though Cygnus Report clearly identified the problem and he had stopped checking and replenishment of stocks.
- giving guidance to hospitals to discharge patients to care homes w/o COVID tests and misleading that care homes were protected
