People showed up to beat back the white supremacist Christian nationalism that has been encroaching, & because the legislature is our defense against a judiciary hellbent on stripping us of civil and human rights.

There’s no other story.

And so many of the wins have been in places where significant voter suppression is happening.

Which makes every one of them that much more meaningful and important.

Many of these were never remotely even races to start with.

@TheRaDR Let's hope that we take that as cause to not let up the pressure. We need to make sure they can't find a formula that works, until we get a supermajority and ban their tactics once and for all.
