Genuinely game to connecting with people who have common interests. I primarily have been obsessing over my profession in #digitalmarketing, #googleads, and #business analysis.

However, my creative side loves to go on many tangents like #photography, #filmmaking, #graphicdesign, #anime, #Travel and taking random photos of #cats I encounter in the wild. Found a random group and ended up treating them to some nice venison.

@terencec nice pictures! The internet can't have enough cats. Here's my little one...
@mkommar O wow very cute and exotic-looking!

@terencec A rescue. We think a Maine Coon/Bengal/Tabby mix.

I liked your thoughts on #digitalmarketing

I'm wanting to do in-person + AR/VR interactions and talks at the library.

Perhaps even take advantage of the Zoom and AMC partnership for a larger audience.

AMC Theatres® and Zoom Partner to Bring Zoom Roomsto the Comfort and State-of-the-Art Sight and Sound Technology of AMC Movie Theatres

Beginning sometime in 2023, AMC Theatres in as many as 17 cities across the United States will leverage Zoom Room s technology to simultaneously connect small, medium, and large sized groups in different locations. AMC Theatres® (NYSE: AMC and APE), the largest theatrical exhibitor in the United States and the world, and Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZM) today announced an innovative partnership that will turn some AMC locations throughout the United States into Zoom Rooms. As hybrid work has become more commonplace throughout the United States, Zoom Rooms at AMC will enable companies and other entities with decentralized workforces and customer bases to bring people from different markets together at the same time for cohesive virtual and in-person events and meeting experiences. This combines the excellent experience of Zoom with the comfort and state-of-the-art sight and sound technology of AMC’s modern and centrally located theatres. AMC and Zoom currently anticipate

@mkommar Oh yes! AR will end up being common place in the very near future once Apple releases their AR glasses. It only takes one company to make innovation look cool before it catches on.

All these wearables and different iots will eventually open up an entire universe of new opportunities. I’m pretty excited but also cautious since their AR glasses will most likely cost as much as a high end laptop $4000+. Meta has positioned itself to be relatively the cheaper version at $1,700

@mkommar Actually correction. Their AR glasses might be cheaper in order to enter people into VR product pipeline but their flagship VR headset will most likely be expensive. Sorry I just had to add that, I get way into my VR/AR ramblings lol.

@terencec I think Apple is good with reaching customers! Price point is almost a non-issue at this point as Apple has adopted a "subscription plan" (really a required payment plan) for devices.

What I think will happen is payments and contextual information, like you mentioned.

So for that, I hope to make use of Room-scale AR! But right now, I'm settling for streaming some video.

I think Apple pushed back the date for another 2 years though?!

@mkommar Interesting, most likely die to the impending recession which will affect the launch and could look bad from a PR stand point. Good decision from Apple imo.

Those are some really cool concepts. I personally which I had more time to code so I can start working with some AR/VR SDKs so I can start developing some hyper-niche apps that can’t be counter-developed by bigger companies.

@terencec Ahhh. I didn't realize that. Very good insight.

I dropped the $3k on a good course. I did CIrcuitStream:

@mkommar Would definitely look into that, thanks!
