I still don’t quite understand the privacy settings here. I have replies set to automatically be “unlisted” which I think means they don’t show up in other people’s feeds unless they view the thread they are part of. But I’m still a bit hazy around the edges of most of the settings.

@tamewhale I see it here on the local tab but perhaps it means it doesn’t show up in the federated feed

edit: oh REPLIES - I didn’t know you could change it for just those, that’s interesting

@BSlickMusic Yeah I think most people don’t know. I’ve been thinking about creating a different account just to see what happens when I choose different things.

@tamewhale I think unlisted just means they don't appear in search, but I'll still see something you say if you reply to someone else I follow
