@taylorlorenz Reminds me of when I worked for an online company in the early 2000s that had been on a meteoric rise and then suddenly took a dive. Our last meeting after layoffs & before acquisition the CEO told the company, "If you're still here it's because we felt you were the best of the bunch." The vast majority of the people who survived the layoffs were new and were receiving the lowest wages. The best of the bunch...
