@jbaert good stuff! Perhaps it'd be nice to expand a bit on the change of mindset - the twitter mindset is imo about external growth and exposure, the mastodon mindset atm is about personal growth and being amongst people instead of (personal) brands.

I hope I am wrong and #xp wasn't widely used for Extreme Programming tagging here (like it is on the Birdsite) before it was opted for cross posting.

Especially here, where there is no search for non-hashtag content, what the established use is matters a lot.
