@mementomaori I had some quite extensive discussions with a colleague about this (there was a very annoying student in the lab).
1) On-farm offal pit, especially if you can get them (pre-body stage) to walk up there.
2) PM room. Requires getting access and some skill with a bone saw or cooperation from the tech.
(The student left before we reached consensus).
