@taylorlorenz it's my understanding that "if you don't show up to work, resignation accepted" is just not how things work? Like there is no implicit resigning based on behavior. You either explicitly resign or they gotta terminate your employment, right? This matters for things like severance and unemployment I think (not an expert at all in this area).
