Mike FraserAndor is the best thing Disney has done with the Star Wars franchise. Rogue 1 is arguably the second best movie of the entire franchise and its characters are paying dividends. Also Solo is painfully underrated..

@Diggler67 My first best is Empire. A new hope is a whirlwind introduction to our characters, in Empire we add some meat to their story. I also like the direction of Kershner, his shots are beautiful.
@mike Being 10 years old in 1977, we talked about nothing else in elementary school for a full year. So New Hope will always be #1 for me because it was more than a movie for us.
@Diggler67 I was seven years old and believe it or not it was the same in my elementary school. I remember taking the ticket stub to school to show everyone I had gone to Star Wars. I was ten when Empire came out , maybe that's an impressionable year??
