contrary to my tv thoughts, on #bigfinish, i love the 5th #doctorwho. I love the 5/peri/erimem group, as well as 8/charlie, and Missy + the monk can't be beat, lol.
@timelordiroh War Doctor is great, I really need to get caught up on those.
@Mellis107 i highly recommend them, though i've fallen behind on the Early War Doctor Adventures or whatever it's called with the new voice actor as well as the 8th Doctor Time War series. I love how the Doctors still try to hold on to what makes them the Doctor. The hidden optimism in even the darkest of times really spoke to me.
@timelordiroh tbh #bigfinish can be an expensive pass time so I tend to wait for sales and buy things as and when I can. As a result I’m always behind 😆
@Mellis107 FACTS! I tend to buy a couple of CDs whenever at #gally1 every year, and likewise get them on sale when possible. I also must confess that I find them on...*ahem* alternative sources when money is super tight.
I've been listening to podcasts a lot this year though and my bank account has greatly appreciated my falling away from big finish. Hopefully doctor who being back on tv more frequently will help me have more drive for big finish.

@Mellis107 it’s worth the wait. Probably the best new content they’ve done in years! I’d avoid the prequel Fourth Doctor story. Adds nothing to the overall story
