Let me start by saying that I don't have the answers.

"No-one looks like me" is sadly a legitimate issue & doesn't only apply to job opps but also to people 'in nature'. This needs to change (& is) through movements like #MuslimHikers #FlockTogether #Black2Nature & others - often using social media
to organise.

The notion that access to nature is in any way not for absolutely everyone is, IMO, what needs to be dispelled. The challenge then is to facilitate this access

Also, being the 1st is scary & puts a lot of pressure on people. Going against systemic prejudice is no small thing! The question then is what can be done to help & support people into these roles.

And what can be done to identify and remove barriers to engagement? Action needs to be taken by those with privelege.
