theblindboypodcastI just saw that an Irish journalist got booted off Mastadon. This is the type of conflict that drives the emotionally exciting narrative experience of using social media. BUT.. do we go feral and deranged about it here? Or will we use our twitter for that? Is Mastadon the office and Twitter is the smoking shed?
Lamhfada@blindboyboatclub Nah I they weren't booted off Mastodon. They were booted off an instance because they didn't seem to think the rules should apply to them and didn't like this being highlighted to them (May seem harsh but as they work for an organisation which is under boycott by trans writers because of its institutional transphobia... ).
They can always join another instance or create their own mastadon instance.
