Dear Twitter users who are angry at people ditching Twitter because “they haven’t given Elon a chance”

Mastodon already mostly is what Elon is claiming he wants Twitter to be like. Perhaps it’s time to analyze if you actually care about the problems at hand, or if you’re fanboying a billionaire.

@hen I really don't think Elon is going to make twitter a worse platform, besides the stupid blue mark idea. Federation is always an idea worth defending, but the posing of "I'm leaving" just to come back two weeks later is not what we need here.
