I really need something to work out with social media because I tried telling multiple groups of people in person this week how funny it was that Vancouver paid a shit ton of money to get the Michelin Guide to rank them and ended up with only 8 1-star restaurants and no 2- or 3-star ones and one guy in my GBBO fantasy league was like “what’s a Michelin star?”
