Gooooood morning #mastowriters!
What is a line in your WIP that you are really proud of? Or doesn’t have to be from your WIP! Can be something you just thought on the bus and jotted down.
Either way, share those lines, and remember to boost so we can reach more #writers ! #writing #writer
@charleywrites WIP? Sorry a bit new here.
@charleywrites ‘Streetlights beamed on a cold, grey night.” - Random juxtaposition I thought of on the walk home :)
@JA love it! Clear familiar image but still gorgeously written!

@charleywrites

'My father was a great man, he tamed the wild beasts and made them do his bidding.'

It was the first line I ever wrote as a proper writer and I thought, hey, that's not bad.

It didn't make the first book, but I did get it into my tenth, and spoken by the original character, twenty historical years after he was supposed to say the words.

@Dougwriter oh wow, for a first line that is really good!

@charleywrites

Working on a new #horror MS:

“It is the last thing he hears before the bough breaks, and the pale queen plucks out
his heart.”

Thanks for creating this!

@readjennymartin oh that’s an awesome line!
@charleywrites thanks! This is my first try at horror, but am loving writing it.
