NC's young voter (ages 18-29) Early Voting performance vs 2018 in their top 20 counties (responsible for 75% of NC's youth vote). The largest percent declines were in Buncombe and Wautaga counties. Only Johnston, Davidson, and Chatham managed to eke out tiny improvements. #ncpol
