Am I right in presuming my Twitter habit of 57 posts threads all at once would be a disaster here as that would fill the timeline of anyone following me.
@AndrewFlood there's a way you can have the first post in a thread public and the rest hidden so if people want to read the thread they click on it
@AndrewFlood the tip I read for threads is to set all posts after the first one in the thread to “unlisted”, but I have not tested it myself
@bcmorr @AndrewFlood
yes, I heard that too... and then forgot to do it when I crossposted my own long thread

@AndrewFlood There’s a way around that I found in an article here. You can make subsequent posts in the thread unlisted so they don’t all show up.

@AndrewFlood Think someone said there was a way of only publishing first post of thread.
@AndrewFlood unlisted as others stated. The big advantage is that everyone starts at the beginning of the thread with you. Look forward to reading.
@AndrewFlood No, 'cos we can filter you if you really dive into it, the threads all have the one post at the top with the rest not public and that's _totally_ managable.
@AndrewFlood Those are good though, we need a way to have them happen.
