You can import a csv of names into your Follow List.
You can’t see who others follow, that is by design. Socializing is how you find others to follow here.
KiwiRed@autism101 You can also add the hashtag as a "featured hashtag" on your profile which adds it to your home feed (separate from your bio). I'm not sure if it adds your profile to searches for the hashtag - new here and still figuring things out.
