Chris MarrinI don’t get “favorite” (the Star) and reblog (the loopy arrows). Both inject the post in my feed, which I don’t find useful. Why does favorite repost rather than just work like Like on other platforms. I’m not doing the “I don’t like this, it’s not like Twitter” thing. It’s just seems noisier than it needs to be.
E@Cmarrin not sure what app you're using but favorite saves it to your favorites and notifies the OP and gets counted on the OP. Bookmark saves it to bookmarks but doesn't notify the OP or count it on the OP. Repost / boost exclaims to the world that you are pushing the OP for additional visibility to people who follow you.
