Someone reminded me that I shouldn't find "people to follow" here. Instead, I should find people to *have conversations with.*

Unlearning 14 years of Twitter terminology and mindset isn't an overnight thing. But it's important to shift how I look at this space.

Because this space is special.

@killyourfm It’s come a bit full circle for me. I originally joined Twitter in 2007 and used it primarily for conversations for years. Something shifted along the way (either in the service, me, or both) and it became more of a way to consume rather than converse. I’m quite happy to be back to conversations here!
