@couts That's a lot of work to look up and add names individually. But would a more public kind of directory just invite too much spam and trolls? Probably.

@couts hey thank you for doing this! I’m still seeing folks get hung up on the concept of a “server” so perhaps this helps clear it up for new users. Admittedly onboarding is not super clear about this.

@couts I was looking for Wired to mention where its own account on Mastodon could be found as part of that. Don't be shy! I think any of the publications now writing fresh about @Mastodon should be including a mention of how to find them / link to their profile.
