RIP Bernard Sifry, aka Dad (1933-2022). I may write more about him at some point, but what I’m remembering now is that he was a devoted father, uncle and grandfather; hardworking and beloved public school math teacher, union man, proud secular Jew, dog lover, punster, and in his own way, made good trouble.
