Henry Ngo@sherrirose hello! Our team works on population health with a health equity lens! We don't do research in the area but we find ways to apply health equity approaches to the data we have. We are also doing a lot of learning about historical and current impacts of colonialism and white supremacy and how that intersects with the health system and health equity.

@dorykireseth @sherrirose I just learned about fairlearn, thanks! For our team, that could be useful in the future. We don't use ML to make decisions that directly impact people, but certainly analysis that use ML could be used in population level reports that are eventually read by people who make policy decisions! Good things to think about.
