Amen. My org just started its first leadership class. The overuse of meetings is one of the first objectives we are tackling.

@DrSurferChic @jaymcgavren As long as people in your organization want to take decisions during meetings, you are pretty much doomed. The solution is to make decisions OUTSIDE meetings. #betacodex
