 dear mastodon users of #tchncs, our queue workers ran into problems a few hours ago. right now it is working again and i made some changes. however:
1. it might take a moment for it to keep up with the queue
2. the cause of that issue was not 100% clear, so it might happen again, but i am watching closely and have increased loglevels to better see what's going on.

@milan Could you also fix your discord relay bot. The bot will send messages to discord but the bot will not send messages from discord to matrix. All the permissions were correct & it was previously working then stopped suddenly. I checked all permissions everything is correct. I woulda went to the chatroom but every homeserver I'm on seems to have banned tchncs.de

@TrueDeMoN100 as far as i currently know, it is a reported issue also other bridge admins have and without any solution yet, sorry.

i am curious about your claim about tchncs being banned... where do you think it's the case?

@TrueDeMoN100 at least this one matches https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-discord/issues/845 – there isn't anything more to report from my side right now. i will retry to solve this when time allows or if there is anything new on that ticket.

as for the ban – what makes you think that the room is banned exactly?

@milan Deleting the discord.db is optional the guy in the comment said he only did it because it wouldn't have affected him.

@milan Yeah that person didn't try without nuking his db. I was relaying the issue in the support room & someone suggested a Token regen might fix it but without you joining the support room & providing some logs they can't really give a diagnosis. From what they say a small amount of people are having that problem not everyone is & a guy in the room told me he doesn't have the issue so it's not something discord has done yet. You should join the support room.
