I enjoy coffee but my stomach and stress levels and acids were ... not doing great. And I hate that. Ugh. I mostly like aging except when I really don't.
@platypus I contingented coffee (and alcohol) for me strictly. A bitter herb solution helps if my stomach runs acid anyway, e.g. because of stress. I found that green coffee tea is about half as caffeinated as coffee, which is a good percentage for a tea. Maybe some of my experience is valid for you as well, and the drug resp. the tea are available for you.
@platypus I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but if have a fancy one two or three times a year. Last few years I gave it up entirely as it's started irritating my stomach. Caffeine doesn't do much for me anyway.
@platypus i really love coffee and especially the social part of it at work ! But i have the same kind of problem, it ruins my stomach... I'm kind of sad i had to stop :( aging suck on this part, the feeling is shared
