Introducing MNT Pocket Reform

Pocket Reform is a 7 inch mini laptop from MNT Research. We condensed the best features of MNT Reform into a smaller, lighter, and more affordable device while adding some new exciting details.

@mntmn This looks like it does everything right that the Gemini PDA + PinePhone (keyboard) did wrong. So glad to see this.
@brad what did they do wrong?
@txt_file The keyboard is laid out poorly, and is also not wired properly. Caps lock can get activated by pressing alt-tab. Normally activated by fn-tab. So adjacent keys activate each other's signals. Also they promised GNU/Linux support but the support was very poor and relied on leaving Android installed and using libhybris to reuse the blobs for Android. Just an overall horrible experience that made me go back to a regular phone and put the Gemini PDA in my closet, unused entirely because it's so frustrating and sad. Also you need some sketchy tool for messing with the OSes, and once you get the dual boot Android/Debian setup going you can longer get Android OTA updates, you need to use that sketchy tool to do anything.
@brad can’t decipher if your statement is more about Gemini or pinephone
@txt_file 100% Gemini PDA, however they are very similar keyboards design-wise, both copying the old Psion devices. I'm not aware of stuff like the caps lock issue happening on the Pine version, but I still think it's pretty flawed.
