I can't log into my account from any device. It says wrong credentials but it's definitely the right email address and I'm 90% certain of the password. I even tried recovering password just in case but never got the reset email.
It's been over a week now.

@Iutech I haven't tried to reregister. If it's gonna be glitchy I'd rather not waste time starting from scratch endlessly!

And the account is not on Pixelfed webpage.

Free software maintained by volunteers will be glitchy sometimes, the answer is usually to help making it better (bug reports are a big part of that), not dismissing it.
Note that you were pinging the pixelfed account on pixelfed.social, and I'm not sure that Pixelfed gets messages directed at the account itself.
