I don’t have an audience here yet we’ll other than Linux humans but how about meat smoking?

My first attempt at ribs on the smoker. Credit to my wife for the coatings I simply put/pull from the smoker.

@smitty oh sorry I was quickly in a meat coma.

It was our first attempt at ribs here so flavor was 9.5/10 but they were a little dryer than expected, so next time cook lower temps maybe and spritz more often.

@postnick what are you spritzing with? (I like apple juice.) What’s your technique? (And if you already posted this somewhere, feel free to answer with a link. :-)
@smitty apple juice was what we did too. Nope just a spray bottle. Idk the recipe we used wife was in charge of all of that.
