I'm a 🇧🇷 computer scientist living in Davis, CA, working on large scale data analysis of public genomic data using a mixture of #python and #rust (but preferably Rust 😉 ) in a software called #sourmash (check out out cute logo at https://sourmash.bio!)
$DAYJOB = building and maintaining software for single cell data analysis at 10x Genomics.
And I'm also the admin for social.lasanha.org, which is an old instance that was barely functional for a couple of years. I recently moved to Pleroma from Mastodon, hopefully it will be easier to manage.
