my bro told me that they were pulling light bulbs off the melbourne spire and throwing them on the street. so the art center had to hire falcons to patrol the shit.

@grootinside @radicalrobit One of the things I loved about the HK protests in 2019 was that people removed safety fences from the sidewalks and repurposed them as barricades. The sidewalks were suddenly much more accessible and you didn't feel as caged in. It took about a year after the protests ended befire they were all in place again.
