@cassolotl Glad you're interested in anything other than FPTP! It really is the worst.

However I would seriously recommend you take a quick peer into #ScoreVoting methods like #ApprovalVoting.

All ranking systems have certain 'bugs' which are fixed mathematical properties. (See Arrows Impossibility Theorem)

#ScoreVoting methods avoid these bugs and, additionally, can be conducted without computers.

Have you tried Mixed Member Proportional system with Median Judgement (score voting method) as the method to define the winner per area (instead of FPTP as I think it is in Germany for example)? It is ROBUST! Let me know your thoughts
