Because it is Exceedingly Hot, here is my favorite quick hot-weather lunch, tofu 'salad'.
- slice deep ridges into 1 block of extra firm tofu (I like Trader Joe's sprouted), cold from the fridge
- drizzle with ponzu or soy
- shake a nice covering of furikake rice seasoning on top. I like "Nori Komi Furikake".
