PanneerWhy is someone considering inferior, because pay is less. Without any changes in the job market, how would you change this perception. A diploma is a diploma and a B.E is B.E. No one is going to pay a diploma holder better just because you improved your system.
Tamilnadu system already moved from Diploma and ITI formats which was common in 90s and early 2000. Now every person can dream of a B.E.
