The English call broderie anglaise broderie anglaise, but couture française kind of gives the impression of all of french fashion to an english so um?
moss@Murkrow i don't know shit about sewing but i don't think so. We usually don't have names that go "[something] français'e", like French braid/Dutch braid is called "tresse africaine", so yeah
update: it appears after non-extensive research that we call it une couture anglaise
oh also it's Mon Petit Poney in French (but you can say "ponette" for a female pony)
