Despite feeling quite under the weather, I painted today. I worked on mark making and abstract language, and it's been tough. I'm out of practice.
I worked on 6 small canvases simultaneously, and I'm considering adding more layers when everything is dry, simulated in the third photo.
I might call those "The Skies". #mastoArt #creativeToot #traditionalArt #wip #wetpaint

@TQ lovely colours!
i have to admit, that i like the extra layer in the third picture not too much.
in the toot-preview i thought that all of them were a single picture together with the graphic orangy background. i like that! so i would vote for adding more background instead of more foreground.

no clue if that's constructive.
but i like your work :)

@knittingsquirrel Haha, I like the idea of adding more background. I'm not so sure about the dark lines either, but the paintings lack contrast in my opinion. Probably will figure out out by trial and error...
