Here's a new face I just worked out, #MyStudioRightNow #WetPaint and I'm titling it: Gus!ū'q, St. Elmo's fire. The pigmentation is done with Damar/Limonene varnish pigmented with colored earths.

Here's another tiny #painting combining #gouache & #watercolour, #foxes & #sunflowers. Compared to watercolour, gouache takes ages to dry! And that's no bad thing as #WatchingPaintDry is one of my favourite pastimes! 🤣

Despite feeling quite under the weather, I painted today. I worked on mark making and abstract language, and it's been tough. I'm out of practice.
I worked on 6 small canvases simultaneously, and I'm considering adding more layers when everything is dry, simulated in the third photo.
