I propose a new Parliamentary Eligibility Act. All the 542 current elected MP's will have to pronounce multiple 'zha' (like in the tongue twister - on a Thursday the old man slipped on a banana and fell). Anyone who doesn't pass will be dismissed and imprisoned for life under the PSA)

We can go crazy with this. We can have a KBC style, phone a friend (can be used only once on a BSNL connection only) - of course not even the Almighty can help one with the Zha. Once we do the 54 episodes with the keedas, we can then extend to the corporate czars. We start with the list of these biggies who have subscribed to the top-secret Electoral Bonds. And in their case, we liquidate and take over assets of anyone who doesn't make it. Poof, there goes our Fiscal Deficit problem in one go. We may even have spare change to invest in educating people on "zha".
