I propose a new Parliamentary Eligibility Act. All the 542 current elected MP's will have to pronounce multiple 'zha' (like in the tongue twister - on a Thursday the old man slipped on a banana and fell). Anyone who doesn't pass will be dismissed and imprisoned for life under the PSA)

We can structure this in the lines of the Roman circus. Say a line up of 10 per day - so we know that we have a 54-episode production. We can have clowns doing big roles between the "zha" tests. We can have a betting racket going before candidates are brought in. Ad breaks. The works. Just think of the potential. Get rid of the scum. And get entertained. Plus make money.
