There is no point in apologizing now for what happened with Dr. Priyanka Reddy because we as a society have failed miserably. You can go on, fight about fee hikes, about trans bill, about not having enough jobs and yet none of those matters because more than half of the human beings in your country are not safe.
Shame on every man who continues to treat this as just another incident. Shame on every woman who has failed to raise a humane child. If crimes are still as animalistic as they always were, in fact worse, why are the punishments civil? There will never be any #JusticeForPriyankaReddy or for any other victim so stop the fucking facade already.
