While it's good to hear at least that the Attorney General and Public Prosecutor don't intend to prosecute reported cases of consensual sex between men, I hope these three challengers will win their case, and Section 337A gets repealed.
Since this case explicitly mentions sex between men, I'm curious though what the law in #Singapore says about consensual sex between women?
@FiXato Apparently, there was a law against consensual sex between women, but was removed after a review of the local Penal Code.

thanks. So typical that apparently consensual sex between women is apparently regarded as less indecent than between men... Let's hope that these court cases will bring a positive change to that.
