Tushar@Memeghnad There is no mandatory period for President'a rule, right? If parties gather the numbers and go to the governor, he is bound by law to recommend revocation of president's rule, right? Or can he deny them? What does the law say? (This is obviously not keeping in mind all the stuff that the BJP will pull in the background)
