@CityOrdinary end of the day, it is people's support that gives strength either to the strike or the government. If people are okay with either, it's a government's win obviously. Unless the people gets mobilized about a non-RTC state and unless the government realised that complete privatisation in RTC leads to a state problem, high court can't judge anything.
