Sai Vishal@nikhil_thatte @dearthofsid @jamewils best way is to Cris reference with current twitter handles. Use their centralized structure to verify handles here so even if duplicates are created we know we are following the right one.
Have a single handle who ensures this so that any new person can be guided to that single handle and they can choose from it who to follow.
