Two start-ups from Ladakh which I have been most impressed with recently - Looms of Ladakh and even better Nomadic Woolen Mills. Can one of them, with investment, become the Begg (my favourite Scottish cashmere brand) of India? Esp since 'cashmere' comes from Kashmir!
