I like to play some background noise, my favorites are coffee shop, rain storm, and airplane sounds. At the same time, some cool jazz or calm music.
I also like to work for x minutes straight with absolutely no distractions. All notifications off, and 20-40 minutes of uninterrupted deep work, rewarded by a few (2-5) minutes of distractions, getting a coffee, or finding what’s the farthest object I can see from the window (really good for the eyes!)
