My little #Minecraft server has grown up (and is still growing) about half the active players are staff, but plenty of unfilled roles left. We have custom emoji in the discord server (thanks @setavulos), a Universal Basic Income system funded by special item purchases, and a frankly absurd number of villagers. @ohnojoh Among other mistakes, I misadvertised early on (including in the toot you replied to), emphasising intersectionality instead of 'spiritual' practise (undoing the false-self).
Almost all the players got very angry with me and left and I shut it down for a while to emotionally recover. I've started it up again under a new name and with a much more offputting and rigorous application process. https://freyrlepage.com/minecraft-server/
