If you've ever been sitting around idly, wondering to yourself, "I wish I knew what the most delicious thing on Earth is" then I have the answer for you.
@mike And incredibly easy to make. Haloumi, next to fetta is one of *the* simplest cheeses to make at home.
@dadegroot I've been meaning to get properly into cheesemaking for ages but never quite got around to it. I have a long standing "pizza from scratch" project breaking it down more and more each time, and the only steps I think I can take further are making my own mozzarella and milling the flour.

@mike Mozzarella is my bane. I've tried that one a few times and failed every time (still got an edible cheese, just not mozzarella). It's supposedly really easy too.

I can recommend these recipes though: https://cheesemaking.com/collections/recipes

And when you get to cheeses that need cultures, places like The Brew Shop, and Greening Australia, stock them.

Also, have you built your own pizza oven yet ?
