Example, @#hello will be notified to last 100 profiles (unique, non-bot) that talked #hello..

@vjy No, I'm talking about things like "Your account was disabled", with optional custom text explaining why.

Pls consider this as feature request.

Let users (optionally) receive notification, and participate in a discussion about #sometag, if they tooted about it, and their toot is one of last 100 toots.
